Introducing the New Nevada State Movement

Our Mission is to inform the public of the advantages of peacefully forming a new state out of rural Nevada, using the methodology set forth in the U.S. Constitution, and increasing personal liberty by strengthening the individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The Movement

In the last election, the rural counties of Nevada voted in line with the provisions in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights.

Clark County voted progressive ideology on both the Questions and the candidates they elected.

Clark County has a larger population than all the rural counties of Nevada combined. Thus, what Clark County desires, Rural Nevada must accept, like it or not.

There is a way for Nevadans to live in a state that is set up with protections for both the rural areas and the urban areas to have a voice and avoid the tyranny we see today in Nevada.

The Method

The New Nevada State Movement was first considered after the November 2018 election. We held our first Townhall January 16th and declared our independence from Nevada on January 21st. The support has been astonishing!

The Constitution of the United States lays out, in Article 4, Sections 3 & 4 just how to form a new state. We are using those instructions as written by our Founding Fathers.

Eventually, a Resolution will be passed by the Nevada Legislature giving us permission to form a new state. Then a resolution will be passed in Congress declaring New Nevada to be a State of the United States of America.

Grievances

Failure to provide a republican form of government

Nevada is governed by a rebellious government which has destroyed representative government through insecure elections.

Failure to provide rational taxation

The Nevada government has created a financial hardship in this State through excessive and irrational taxation including the Commerce Tax.

Failure to protect Second Amendment rights

The Nevada government and the current governor have created a Constitutional violation by infringing upon the citizens’ right to keep and bear arms as provided in the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

What are your grievances?

Red, White, and Blueprint is a true story of grassroots activism in Shasta County, California, but we can make it happen here in New Nevada too.

The people in Shasta County have had the opportunity to work together and are recalling their county Supervisors (they would be county Commissioners here in Nevada). A film company came and is following the lead up and the process. Our friends, Sally and Terry Rapoza, at the State of Jefferson are involved in both the film and the recalls.

Here is the trailer for Red, White, and Blueprint:
